do you ask for proof of shots? and which ones?

See my profile. I clearly indicated on my profile that all vaccines are required to be current. I then also ask if they are fully vaccinated and flea-free prior to accepting a booking.

We require all pups to have the appropriate vaccinations for age and include bordetella as well in that. (We actually suggest that Bordetella have been administered within 6mos of stay for puppies, senior dogs, or pups with underlying health issues

The town I live in requires me to have copies of their rabies certificate. I ask for this after the meet and greet. Why have the hassle of getting it if I am not going to watch their dog.

Also getting a digital copy is fine.

My home insurance requires I have proof of every dogs vaccine records. I have done it for my regulars but new bookings I have forgotten. I may add a statement to my profile about all pets need to be current.
