Had to cancel with sitter but already paid how do I get a refund?

Paid per credit card for stay in 5 days but have to cancel as dog is ill and I will not be leaving town. I informed the sitter, but I don't see on your site for credit card refunds. Ann Sulek

Yes I'm trying to get a refund also. My sitter did not stay the time paid for. Not even close
