customizing sitter profile?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, so I apologize if I'm repeating someone else's question and answers. I am getting increasingly frustrated with the fact that I can't customize my sitter profile to say that I want _ days notice for a booking request. I get a request asking me to take a dog 2 days from today, nothing on the dog's profile (picture, background info, likes/dislikes, friendly with dogs, etc). Am I the odd one out for wanting to be able to completely customize my own profile, since Rover doesn't seem to care about that?
