Can I use the money I earned on rover to pay for a sitter for my own dog?

Hi Ive been doing some sitting and would like to use that credit on my dashboard to pay for a sitter for my dog. When I was about to book the sitter it said I had no credit on my account but on my dashboard I still could see the credit from my previous services. Does anyone have a clue how I can use this money earned without having to withdraw it into pay pal?

I think your balance can be used to purchase from Rover's store, but not to pay for services. The best thing to do is call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to see if they can apply it somehow for you.
