How do I remove photos from my profile?

I just noticed ALL my photos that I have sent to clients are public on my profile and that is not always a good thing as some contain inside the home photos or of children. The only answer on here doesn't work as there is not an option to hide certain photos unless I'm missing something. So does anyone know how to remove them or am I stuck hiding all my photos. I have sent a message to Rover support but we all know it takes them a little bit to get back in touch.
