Does anyone else do in-home care and house sit?

I'm needing some tips on how to keep my calendar up to date without spending hours on it if I am both dog sitting and house sitting. I'm getting requests to house sit when I already have a dog sitting booking. Obviously, I can't be in two places at once. Why does Rover's algorithm not know this? Does anyone else do this? The calendar is such a pain to use because it doesn't show me which dogs I have and I have to keep flipping back and forth when updating my dates.

I feel your frustrations. I too wish that they would block one off when the other one is booked. It would also be really helpful if you could see what dogs you have through the rover site. ugh.... What I found really helpful is using the google calendar. When using Google Calendar you can link Rover directly to it so it will show you the name of dogs you have scheduled. You can also add dogs (if you have clients outside of Rover). The only down side is, that Rover will put pending request also on your google Calendar so just make sure you are keeping your pending box up to date. (Meer and Greets will also get posted to your calendar. ) Hopefully this helps, Best of Luck!!
