New to walking: Completed only one of several cards for multi-card booking?

Hi! I completed only one card for a multi-walk booking, but did not do the others after learning it was such a bad fit. The owner would like a refund and I would like to be paid for the one walk. I emailed Rover but they have not gotten back to me. How do I communicate our needs to Rover?
