Not getting responses from Sitters?

I really just wanted to point this out to new users, and sitters.

This was my first time using the service and I was baffled by not getting replies from anyone a day later, even though their response time was mentioned to be an hour or so. I spaced out my messages, giving each person ample time to respond before I went with someone else. So, I called Rover to see if I was doing things right. They said there was a hang-up on their end and NONE of my messages were going through. With the flip of a switch, all the messages went through and I felt bad that I would have to just choose someone, instead of giving everyone the respect of time to reply before asking someone else.

Anyway, wanted to point that out. If you're not seeing responses, call Customer Service.
