Hi there! I have 5 drop-in visits today, and for the first two, I didn't realize I needed to hit "start." I've contacted Rover support, and I've been texting the owners so they KNOW I've been there and whatnot. Will I still get paid? Is this an issue? What do I do? Thanks everyone!
Hi What start button I am new to rover only been approved today
when you schedule a drop-in visit, go to your rover dashboard when the drop-in visit begins. there will be a card that says "start visit." hit that, document pees poops and so on, take a pic, and then hit "end" when its over with.
You will only have an issue with payment if the bookings were set up as "recurring" but texting the client will suffice as proof of the visit. If the booking is recurring you will get an email on Monday, follow the instructions included.
