How should I charge 4 nights or 4 and 1 day?

I’ve been asked to sit this dog. He is really easy to take care. I’m not sure if I’m picking him up yet but I did last time. Anyways, I start sitting on thrusday at 5:30pm and finish on Monday around 6:30pm. The owner wants me to house sit Saturday and Sunday and dog board at my place for Thursday, Friday and Monday because I work from home and have all my office equipment there. My rates are different for all three services. I have them at $30 for doggy day care, $40 for dog boarding and $50 for house sitting. I’ve asked her to book both services. I just don’t know if this is possible and if so should I charge 4 nights and a doggy day care for Monday since he is not staying over that night? Or Just the 4 nights because he is being picked around the same time he gets dropped off on Thursday? Not sure if Thursday counts as a separate night. Any suggestions? I want it to be as fair as possible for both the owner and me.

I don't think that doggy care comes into play at all since both house sitting and boarding are both 24-hour care services. Unfortunately, the owner will probably need to fill out two separate requests because I don't think you can have both under the same booking, but I may be wrong. Because the end time is nearly the same as your original start time on Thursday, it works out perfectly and no need for a day care charge.

Thursday and Friday: 2 nights of boarding Saturday and Sunday: 2 nights of house sitting
