Does this work in the EU?

I'd love to walk dogs and help out, but unfortunately I'm in Portugal The Postal code I put in while signing up doesn't work, so I'm assuming only US, UK zip codes work? Would Rover expand to other EU countries?

A few years ago, Rover acquired DogBuddy, so it does operate in a number of EU countries, including France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, and Sweden. Evidently not Portugal yet.
