Does anyone have a contract of care with their clients?

I am new to rover and I wanted to make a vet authorization form and also a contract with clients just in case if their pet destroys something in my home. My last pet destroyed 5 of my own pet toys, a dog bed and a few of my own items in my living room and the clients didn't pay or try to replace the items when I showed them. If anyone can email a copy of the ones they use I would appreciate it since I don't know how to start one. Thank you!

Many sitters have their own contract and forms, but all clients are covered by and have accepted the Rover TOS, as you have; which will take precedence over anything you put in place. And trying to hold clients liable for damage to articles or your home is unenforceable. Best of luck in the future
