Time window for drop in visits?

Does anyone know what the time window is for drop-in visits? Like if they booked it for 5 pm but don't actually care what time I go, can I do the visit (and report card) at any time that day?

The time you perform the drop-in service should be discussed with the owner at the M&G, the time in the booking is just a reference point.
