Does the CPR badge mean you KNOW dog CPR or you're certified in it?

I'm CPR certified for humans but not for animals. I did get an overview of dog CPR in the course, but I didn't get a specific certification for it. When I was setting up my profile, it asked if I KNEW dog CPR (which I do) and then it said I was certified on my profile. I'm confused- can I say that I know dog CPR?
