How do I guarantee my booking doesn't get canceled??

I just had my sitter cancel my booking due to a conflict that arose, but I have nothing from Rover trying to help me rebook and now I'm scared the next one might cancel right before we leave? Any insight would be great.

You really can’t get a guarantee. It’s at the sitters discretion to decide if they want to watch your dogs or not. They nor the site, have any obligations to you. You just have to find a sitter that you meet with , and make sure you guys are on the same page
