How long does a booking stay pending after the date?

After this I won’t provide service without a confirmation. I was wondering how long I could wait before reminding them again. I have a client who is continually forgetting to confirm their bookings after I politely reminded them post-service. Does rover send reminders to the client to confirm booking?

Pending requests typically auto-archive within 2 days after the last date on the booking. And NO Rover doesn't automatically send reminders to the clients. I advise you to never perform a service without a finalized booking; best of luck
