How do I cancel a double booking when only one shows on rover.com?

I booked twice for the same date by mistake. Once as boarding and once as daycare. http://Rover.com only shows one upcoming stay, but my credit card shows 2 separate pending charges. How do I cancel the duplicate charge when it says the 1st booking was not booked yet?
