Is it a red flag if a client joined on the same day she asked to walk her dogs?
I'm new to Rover, I joined a week ago and I just received my first booking today on February 9th. I was very excited but I noticed that my client has no profile picture. This made me look up her profile on Rover and it says she also just joined today on February 9th. I'm not sure if this is a red flag or not. She did agree to greet and meet to meet her pups but I'm not sure where or when yet and I'm kind of hesitant to meet this client. What should I do?
I don't think it's a red flag.....Alot of clients sign up on the day they need service for the first time. Alot of people are procrastinaters & wait till the last minute.
