How can I refund a paid client who canceled last minute?

I had a client, who had to cancel last minute b/c her client did the same to her, and I want to refund all of her payment, or transfer it to the next upcoming visit. How would i do this. It happened yesterday.

It would be better to just cancel this one and not try to apply the balance to a future booking because the dates need to match up with Rover's records.

If the refund doesn't go through as you wish, you can always call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Be sure it shows as the client really initiated the cancellation, not you, because Rover takes a dim view of sitters cancelling on their clients and too many can result in getting suspended or kicked off the site.
