Do y'all request vaccine records prior to services being rendered?

Yes. When I have my M&G, I give owners a form to fill out, which asks for those records. These days, many vets allow clients to access their pet's records online so it isn't a huge burden anymore. The owner beings back the completed form when they drop off their dog with me for its stay.
