Do I need to buy the dogs and cats things like toys or food? Or the owner will give me food and toys?

Owners should always provide food for their dogs and cats. There are many good reasons for this. As for toys, you can have some toys around for general use but I also allow owners to bring any of their dog's favorite toys if they wish so they're more comfortable with things they know and like. It is up to you.
