Why is my profile missing?

Despite numerous tries and variations in searching, nobody can find my profile except for http://Rover.com employees. Any others with this frustrating issue? Suggestions on how to solve it? Thanks so much!

I searched Day Care in Holiday FL for 9/11 and you showed up #2 on page 1. Boarding was another story! I read the last comment you made on a review said you had moved to Florida, how long ago, and when did you change your address on the platform; that could have an impact on the search results. Best of luck getting much help from support as search results are so random, they cannot explain how it works.

Rover's search function is absolutely pathetic. Always has been. It has never made sense especially from a customer standpoint.

I did manage to find you on the 3rd or 4th page (consistently) of results, after and only after I manipulated the map to focus in on your town. When I started with just your town name or zipcode, I couldn't find you for the life of me. I went more than 15 pages into it and I could see from the map that it was no longer in your area. So, yes, you don't show up under a normal search for boarding. However, for doggy day care, you show up as #7 on the first page of results, without any manipulation.

All you can do is complain to Rover Customer Support. There's no way for us as sitters to do anything about it.
