How do I use the Rover Card?

I have my first boarding today and I cannot figure out the rover card feature. I have spent hours trying to figure it out. I logged out and back in, deleted the app and redownloaded it, I. updated my phone and made sure the app was updated. Last night, I finally got it to show up when I redownloaded the app, but this morning it's gone again. I have my first boarding tonight and I'm kinda freaking out. Please help???

Rover cards are not available or used for boarding services, only for walks, daycare, and drop-ins. Be sure to provide updates and pictures to your client using the text feature of the app.
