What to do if I don't receive payment?

Hi everyone, I've been walking an owner's dog for the last two and a half weeks. Everything has gone pretty well until recently. A few days ago I received an email from Rover saying that I didn't receive the last payment and that they have contacted the owner. Since contacting the owner there are still no payments coming in (last two days). After yesterday's walk, I contacted the owner to let her know about the email I received from Rover and politely suggested she make sure her payment information is on her account. I have had no reply and don't know if Rover has resolved it or not. Should I call Rover? Is there a specific number I should be calling regarding payments? I want to continue to walk the owner's dog, but as a graduate student on a tight budget, I'd also like to receive payment.

Called Support and if anyone else has this happen make sure you call them too. They will confirm if payments are coming in or not. If they aren't they will request you to not walk the owner's dog until payment information is updated, and also ask you to let the owner know this.

This happened to me recently and the owner left for his trip and the booking did not get confirmed but I wasn't going to just not take care of his dog..I was hoping he was a good enough person to respond to me and confrim the booking..never confirmed, never responded, never got paid

just tried to contact support and was on hold for 10 minutes then directed to voicemail so this is getting ridiculous..im out $180 and A LOT of my time and effort taking care of this dog over a holiday weekend with no help from Rover whatsoever
