when the sitter cancels two days before the job - what part of what i paid is refundable?

Do I get a refund for the payment made if the sitter cancels on me? I have rebooked and see a 20.00 credit but what about the rest of the money?

You are entitled to a full refund if the sitter canceled the booking. Refunds typically take several business days to process. I believe this part of your settings, when you established your rates and flexibility options:

  • From Profile, select Service Options
  • Under each service, you select your cancellation policy.

What did you select? (Flexible, Moderate or Strict)
