I would like to leave a review WITHOUTagreeing to " By providing my e-mail address, I consent to receive marketing communications from Rover.com and its affiliates. Privacy Policy." How can I do that?

We had a wonderful experience with a new sitter today and I want to leave a review for her. BUT it appears that the only way I can submit a review is by agreeing to the following condition: "By providing my e-mail address, I consent to receive marketing communications from http://Rover.com and its affiliates. Privacy Policy." I do not want any marketing communications from rover "and its affiliates." I read the privacy policy and it looks like I don't have to agree to the above statement but then I can't submit the review without agreeing to it. Did I miss something or is it impossible to leave a review otherwise? Help please. Thanks.
