puppy rate - at what age do you stop charging the puppy rate? is it a year?

I always charge the puppy rate for a first stay with any dog under a year old. I let the client know before hand that if I find the dog has left its puppy ways behind, I'll charge my regular rate next go around. I've never had a problem using this approach. Owners always know ahead of time whether their dog is fully toilet trained/has chewing or barking issues, etc.
