Can a review be removed?
Does anyone know if you receive a bad review if it can be removed if the review is not reasonable or valid? Better yet, can it not be posted at all?

I am dealing with something similar. I am accused of animal cruelty by a client which is very scorning, upsetting and untrue. Rover customer service is pretty blase about it but ive been going through their terms of service and it states that they reserve the right to delete any content for various
reasons. One of those reasons being defamatory content. Go to their terms of service and read article 4.1. It is in there. I am def not giving this a rest.
