Why wont people set up profiles for all their animals??

I had a booking request for 9 chickens, 3 dogs, and 3 cats. When I looked that the details of the job it was around $600 dollars for 10 days but I was confused because they had all the cats on one profile and all the chickens on a cat profile I usually offer a discount after a certain amount of animals but rover wasn't listing the original cat listing and I could have got $100 dollars more.
