I just signed up as a provider, and can't find any link to get paid. The rover.com instructions aren't correct. How do I get paid?

I just signed up as a provider, and can't find any link to get paid. The http://rover.com instructions aren't correct. I went to:

Dashboard >Rover Balance>View Payments & Promo Codes> and then there was nothing, although the instructions show to then go to > Add Account. This doesn't exist.
