What is Typical Response Time for Dog Sitters??

Hello, I have a diabetic, IBD, and mostly blind pug. I have had great success on rover, but lately I'm having issues.

I had a meet and greet with a sitter that went great, and she agreed to sit for three days. She responded to my request to book within seconds. After booking, her response time has been really slow. I asked what time I should adjust his insulin so it would be easier on her, and for her plate numbers for a visitor pass. It took about two days to respond, and I almost missed the chance to get her parking pass.

Now it's two days before I leave, and I asked to make sure she would be here at 7am monday and to tell her where I'm leaving the key, and over 24 hours later no response. It's making me nervous because my dog has special needs. Am I being unreasonable? I try not to be a bother, but this is necessary communication.

I contacted a backup sitter who said she was available, but when I asked if she could be here at 7 am monday no response. Am I asking too much? I used to always have such quick response times from sitters. Let me know if I'm being unreasonable. I just want my baby safe! I'm almost at a point where I might just cancel and take my dog with me.
