I am fairly tech savvy, but haven't been able to figure out how to remove a photo from a Rover Card. I take multiple photos to my Gallery and then attach the best ones to the card. Occasionally I attach a bad photo by accident, usually a knuckle hits one or something like that! I have been unable to remove them, and then have to apologize in my report for the bad photo!
I am having the same problem. I can't erase the photos and some of them have sensitive information. Like when I was trying to get into a client's home. This is not cool. There used to be an option to erase photos. Now that option seems to be gone. Now photos that I don't want to be sharing are being displayed publicly! Help, Rover!
You can delete any photo you take prior to sending the card to the client. After you stop the event you are given a screen where you can edit the pees and poops and if you scroll down you can see all the pictures you have attached, there you can delete. After you send the card they can no longer be edited.
Yeah, but how do you remove photos from the gallery on your Rover page. There used to be options to hide photos from that gallery. Now that option seems to be gone and photos that should not be made public are being displayed. Like information about where my client lives. This is not ok.
I believe if you use the desktop version of the website (not the app) you can delete the photos
