Where is the Rover Card in the app? I can't find it?

Hi, I'm new to be a service provider on Rover (have used it as a client before). I just scheduled my first Dog Walk meet and greet in a few days, I'm reading up on http://Rover.com to prepare for it. I understand you need to send a Rover Card for each walk, the instructions say to open App, tap Home on bottom of screen then tap Start to track service, but where is "Home" button? I don't have it in my Rover App. Is it because I haven't booked the service yet? Or do I need a different App for sitters only? I'm confused, please help. Thank you!
