Does rover support bicycle services?

I always had a predilection for walking my dog by bicycle. I commuted by bicycle for more than 5 years and I've loved riding them for well over 10 years, so I'm usually fairly stable.

However, does Rover allow me to advertise this service? Is a bicycle considered a "vehicle" and thus an exclusion for the purposes of the Rover Guarantee? Can I add my own insurance?
