How to change dog walking cancellation marked as Flexible?

I just noticed my dog walking cancellation is marked as Flexible. It says cancellation accepted anytime prior to event. My drop in visits, I was able to change to Moderate. I don't see a place to change the dog walking policy. I think if a client cancels the day of, it shouldn't be refunded. I have one that has done this twice, and have let her change to another day or time during the same week. I told her if she cancelled the day of, I wouldn't refund. Then I see I am marked as Flexible, and can't see where to change it. The only option is the drop in visit cancellation policy to be either Flexible, Moderate or Strict. How can I change the dog walking to Moderate?

Yes, it is exactly as Walt said. This is the cancellation policy page:

That information is explicitly stated in the Note, which applies only to walking and daycare services.

The cancellation policy for walks is ALWAYS flexible and you cannot change it. Any canceled booking will be refunded 100% to the client, sorry.
