How to change dog walking cancellation marked as Flexible?
I just noticed my dog walking cancellation is marked as Flexible. It says cancellation accepted anytime prior to event. My drop in visits, I was able to change to Moderate. I don't see a place to change the dog walking policy. I think if a client cancels the day of, it shouldn't be refunded. I have one that has done this twice, and have let her change to another day or time during the same week. I told her if she cancelled the day of, I wouldn't refund. Then I see I am marked as Flexible, and can't see where to change it. The only option is the drop in visit cancellation policy to be either Flexible, Moderate or Strict. How can I change the dog walking to Moderate?
