I left a review for the wrong dog, how do I change it?

I had back to back boardings and when the email came through to review the dogs I got them mixed up (names were Luna and Lucy). So now Lucy looks like a "bad" dog and when she is actually just a sweetie. I realized it before I left the review for Luna, but I need to update Lucy. I can't find anywhere on the site to do that.

There's no way for you to fix it yourself. You will need to call Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. They are the only ones who see those reviews anyway.
