Do you think this is scammy?

A guy with little to no profile (has a picture of an older gentleman as his pic/ fancy picture of a German shepherd as his dog) messages me to talk about weekly walks for his dog. Everything is fine but he wants to talk via text since the website is confusing? Okay. I get that. Asks my rates, tells me what he wants, says he is alright with a meet and greet and I repeatedly tell him everything is done through the rover website payment wise and confirmation. He didn't confirm the booking or confirm the meet and greet. He could still not understand it well. His phone number isn't my area code but that can be easily brushed aside as well.

He's texting me and says, his older walker used to pick up dog food and vitamins for his dog Katie, I'd be compensated for that. His most recent text to me was a big alert:

And I will have my financial clerk send out your payment package to you via Usps which will include your service fee for a month, $100 for the errand and the funds for the supplies. So in respect to that I will need you to provide me your full name and mailing address, so that your payment package can be sent to you this coming week.

What? No. I already sent an email to Rover. Just want yalls opinion.
