Petrified of my only bad review?

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of my recent clients. We arranged a meet and greet prior to the booking and I saw a lot of red flags in the dog owner's behaviour and yet didn't listen to my instincts and booked her in which I shouldn't have. While we were at the park where our meet and greet was conducted she was pulling her dog on the lead and choking him each time a dog came to greet her dog. She was picking the dog in her lap and cajoling it as if the other dogs just attacked her dog when in reality they were only greeting it. Her dog was happy and playful she just didn't even give it a chance to play. I didn't feel entirely comfortable with this owner, so I know it is my fault essentially that I booked her in. She admitted her English wasn't very good so she couldn't properly understand what I was saying. She couldn't respond a lot of my questions properly but anyway I decided to take the risk and take care of her dog he was super sweet.

She was late for the drop off and pick up and not very responsive to all my messages, photos and videos I've sent her. I also called her couple of times - she never picked up. When she came to pick up her dog, she was pushing to get into my house and I advised her to wait for me outside as all of her dog's belongings were prepared prior to her arrival. I asked her also not to pet my dog or give him any attention as I know his character and he doesn't like that. She went ahead and petted him and her dog and my dog got into a 10 second argument in which no one got hurt - thankfully. I was extremely apologetic, offered her help and to accompany her to the vet if she thinks there was need to do so. She said, everything was fine and kept on petting my dog which I told her not to do.

She left my house and I texted her 30 minutes later to see if her dog was okay as I saw she was very concerned - she said he was fine and two days after the booking she writes me an extremely negative review in which she suggests her dog was severely bitten and had teeth marks which is simply not true, she also said I only sent her a few bad stages photos when in reality I've sent her over 25 photos and 6 videos over the two days stay her dog had with me.

I am really upset over the situation and don't really know what to do. I've offered her my help multiple times but she never gets back to me as she was not getting back to me much while ... (more)
