Can I use an address that better fits my desired service radius?

My service radius captures clients that are too far east for my liking. Can I use a random store address or something so that the radius gets moved closer to where I want to accept bookings from? Or do I have to use my home address? I'm not operating out of my own home if that makes any difference.
