Getting a lot of super last minute requests. Is it common to board without a M&G?

I am relatively new to Rover, especially so for boarding. I recently started getting a lot of last minute boarding requests. Like 8:00 pm on the night they wanted to start their booking. These bookings are always too late to arrange a Meet & Greet. I don't feel comfortable boarding (or even walking) a dog without a Meet & Greet, even though I don't have a dog, pet, children, etc.

I am curious if last minute bookings (sans Meet & Greet) are more common than I realize. I understand that emergencies and last minute sitter cancellations can happen, but none of the requests I have received are of that type. Am I being unreasonable for declining these bookings?
