how do I access my dog notes?
I was reviewing my visit with my last client and accidentally submitted it before I was finished writing notes on the dog and I don't know how to access it again.

If you were planning on using that feature to keep notes on a dog for future reference, I suggest you find an alternative since once you submit your information, it is gone, gone, gone. I will make notations on the Info Form owners have filled in about their dog (vet, emergency contact, behavioral, etc.) and keep it in a binder. It may be Old School, but at least I will have it for the next visit.
I realize this is an old question but am sharing in case anyone else had trouble finding this in 2018 (like I did!)
To see or edit your notes on a dog:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on View Payments & Promo Codes
- Click on the name of the dog that you want to update the notes on
- You should see a link that says "Edit your dog notes"
- Enter your notes and save

The notes for each dog are available in the conversation (under past stays). The review is only available until you submit it. After submission your star rating will be visible to you, but any text you submitted is not.
You can update your notes. But if you want to read them you will have to call support and they can tell you what you wrote.
