What happens if you don't confirm the booking before offer expires?

A client reached out to me, we set up a meet and greet, but the client confirmed our booking before meeting. I usually confirm the booking after the meet and greet but the offer expires in 2 days, and I will not be meeting them until a week before the potential stay but I don't want to lose the offer if I don't confirm now. Am I still able to confirm it later if it expires?
