How to write a review for a potential pet sitter?

How can I write for a review for a potential pet sitter? I had everything lined up and the pet sitter cancelled last minute. Since it is not under my "past stays" I cannot write a review there. While the pet sitter was friendly and a good reference, I'd like to let other clients know that she is not well organized with her calendar and time management.
