Why are the fees shown on the pending booking page completely different from the fees on the sitter page? And how can that be changed?

I am showing completely different charges on the pending billing than what is shown on the sitter pages. For example - I am trying to find a sitter for a 14-day vacation for my dogs.

Here is what is on the sitter's page:

House Sitting: $32 in your home per night

Holiday Rate per night $53

Additional Dog Rate per night per additional dog FREE

Stays of 5 Nights or More per night $25
