house sitting hrs and price ?
I was offered a housitting job for 3 nights. The clients would like me to stay during the day and all night. 2 dogs 1 cat. I normally charge $ 40 a night for 12 hrs to include a walk if safe area not dark and weather permitting,feeding, play time and snuggles. I see this as a daycare fee and a over night fee. What are your thoughts ? I did offer to do 2 drop in visits mid am and mid afternoon and then the 12hrs for over night $60 total. no charge for cat or extra dog. I feel like this is fair ?
I’d charge an hourly rate, but I just hate being stuck somewhere and not being able to leave. $10 an hour. Depends on how much you want the job though :)
