Getting Requests Outside My Service Radius?
I hate declining bookings, since it effects my search results position, but I've been getting requests sometimes 5+ miles outside my service radius. I really wish we could select specific neighborhoods or boundaries, especially in areas with high traffic problems.
100% agreed. What’s the point of setting a service radius if folks can still try to request outside of that? I’m constantly turning people down and it stinks.
