Is there a way to leave notes (not a review) on dogs for the future?

I think I read it was possible to leave notes in the pet profile, but I can't seem to find that option. Does anyone know if/how I can add notes to a dog's profile so that I have it to reference for future walks/stays?

Sure it's possible. Click on the dog's profile, in the about "dog name" section you can click to edit your notes.
