what happens after a owner has canceled an hour before drop off?

I had a owner cancel an hour before drop off and I have a strict cancellation policy. how much of a refund does she get back.

Strict Boarding Cancellation with less than 1 week notice = 50% refund for days 1-7, 100% additional days thereafter.

Here is a list of the different types of cancellation policies:

Flexible For boarding and house sitting:

You'll get a full refund if you cancel before the stay begins. If you cancel after the stay or walk begins, you'll get a 50% refund for the first seven cancelled days and a 100% refund for any additional cancelled days.

For walks, day care and drop-in visits:

You’ll get a full refund if you cancel before the day’s service is delivered.

Moderate

You'll get a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 noon the day before the stay begins. If you cancel after 12:00 noon the day before the stay begins, you'll get a 50% refund for the first seven cancelled days and a 100% refund for any additional cancelled days.

Strict

You'll get a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 noon one week before the stay begins.

If you cancel after 12:00 noon one week before the stay begins, you'll get a 50% refund for the first seven cancelled days and a 100% refund for any additional days.

I know this as it is rovers policy but it doesn't say what happens a hour before drop off

The client gets 50% and you get 50% if your policy is strict, nothing more, nothing less

Scarlett: With the Strict policy it doesn't matter if the cancellation is 6 days prior, 1 hour prior, or 2 hours after the stay should have begun - they receive a 50% refund for the 1st 7 days and a full refund for days 8 through whenever the booking ends. Hope that makes sense!
