My profile says I have one "treat." What does that mean?

During the meet and greet, I realized I couldn't stay in that house because it was extremely dirty (mold on the outside, etc). I declined the booking, saying the dogs were too big for me (one nipped me on the hand). I would have booked the job if the house had been habitable. Why is my score lowered because I made a decision in my best interest?
