Client said they left me a review, why can't I see it on my profile..?

I walked a dog for 6 days in a row, and it was a great booking - no problems whatsoever. The booking ended and a few days later I asked the owner for a review since I hadn't gotten any notification that she wrote me one. She quickly responded saying she "already left a review :)", but I haven't seen any new reviews on my profile or any notifications about a review. Should I ask her to submit it again or does it take a few days to show up or something..?

I'm still kind of new so I'm trying to get as many good reviews as I can for every booking!

When a client leaves a review either written or just a star review you should be notified via email that the review has been posted and who left it for you. Even though you want reviews I would refrain from bugging a client for a review especially if they indicated they left one for you, but in actuality forgot to hit the submit button.
